With extensive experience in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration across sectors such as energy, banking, and technology, she has represented clients in high courts in various countries, including the UK, US, and France.

An arbitration practitioner acting both as a counsel and an arbitrator, Izabella holds qualifications in England and Wales, Russia, BVI, Singapore and New York. She graduated with honors from Northwestern University (Chicago) and is fluent in English, Russian, French, and German. Previously Izabella was a part of CMS Monaco, Carey Olsen (BVI and London), and Three Crowns (Paris). She trained with Hogan Lovells (Moscow and Paris) and the ICC. Izabella is an accredited mediator with SIMI (Singapore).
